# Git Commands

## Cloning Repository

To clone a git repository (onto one of your devices with ssh key) use git clone and then the ssh url. For example:
```bash
git clone git@github.com:LeLawnGames/mind-palace.git
```

## Saving Changes

To save and push changes back to github you need to do the following:

### Add changed files
```bash
git add . # Adds all changed files
git add syno.md # Adds only the syno.md file
```

### Commit the additions
```bash
git commit -m "Your Commit Message"
```

### Push the changes
```bash
git push
```
